Earl Trevor Allan

Bringing with him a wealth of experience across marketing, business development and account management, Earl’s expertise, commitment to getting things right and sense of humor have made him a trusted guide for colleagues and clients alike.

Responsible for building up earth9’s marketing services expertise, Earl has created a framework for clients to transition from using the web for disseminating information to maximizing it as an active channel for lead acquisition and customer transactions. His holistic understanding of the online marketing process and active guidance has helped numerous clients use the web effectively as a marketing channel. Key client relationships Earl has led include Hewlett Packard, Raffles Hotels, Clear Data Voice and several regional Microsoft business groups.

Prior to earth9, Earl was a legal eagle with Allen & Gledhill, where he specialized in diverse areas of litigation including construction, family as well as mediation/alternative dispute resolution.

Earl holds a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Singapore.

Lakshika Hettiarachchi

Projects Director

akshika Hettiarachchi

Lakshika oversees the project delivery services team at earth9, managing the execution aspects of projects as well as post-implementation support services. She brings on board expertise in both Project and Program Management, working closely with client stakeholders as well as internal teams to identify critical success factors and to manage and mitigate project risks. She has extensive experience in handling regional and global projects and has managed successful global deployments of earth9’s solutions for key clients such as Microsoft.

She holds a Masters degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore and is a certified Project Management Professional. (PMP®)

Shirley Lim

Business Director

Henry Kho Chye Kiat

Shirley drives Sales and Business Development for earth9. With more than 12 years of experience in the Advertising and Media space, she brings with her expertise in integrated media strategy, brand positioning, product development and account management.

Her work experience includes a stint with Blue Tangerine where she led through the line activities for the UOL group of companies. This included the re-branding of Parkroyal Hotels and Resorts.

Shirley also worked at CNET, where she managed major clients such as Canon, HP and Panasonic. Prior to that, she was Publisher for CHIP (Singapore and Asean) overseeing the operations and sales departments.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Communication) from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
